Book a complementary phone consult
Step one is to fill out our New Client Intake Form with some information about your pet and your pet care needs, and we’ll reach out to schedule a phone consult to make sure we’re the right fit for you and your pet!

Get onboarded in our pet parent app
Once we’ve both decided that Kibbles & Kisses is the right fit for your needs, you’ll start the onboarding process by setting up profiles for both you and your pet in our software, Time to Pet. There’s also a mobile app for easy management of bookings, pet care instructions, and connecting with our team.

Schedule an in-person meet & greet
Once you’ve gotten all of your pet’s information uploaded into Time to Pet, including vaccination or titer records and detailed care instructions, we’ll set up a 30-minute meet & greet to get to know you, your pet, and your home a little better.
